What is happening?

THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make the following Orders under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The works will be completed within the period of the Orders.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders are being enforced for public safety.

PRESTWOLD LANE, PRESTWOLD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2025
It is expected that the Order will come into force on 09/07/2025 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week to allow Severn Trent Water to undertake pipe works in the carriageway. The proposed diversion route will be via: B676 Barrow Rd, A60 Loughborough Rd & vice versa.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ONE-WAY SYSTEM ORDER 2025
It is expected that the Order will come into force on 12/07/2025 and have a maximum duration of 12 months. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 1 week to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake carriageway drainage works. 
The proposed diversion route will be via: King St, Moira St & vice versa.

SCHEDULE 1
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC
Factory St from the Jct of Leicester Rd to property No. 28.

SCHEDULE 2
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME
Leicester Rd between the Jct of King St & the Jct of Gregory St.

SCHEDULE 3
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ONE-WAY SYSTEM
Factory St from the Jct of Moira St for its entire length.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council 
has made the following Orders under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The works will be completed within the period of the Orders. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders are being enforced for public safety.

TANNERS LANE, HATHERN
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2025
The Order will come into force on 24/06/2025 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 3 days to allow Severn Trent Water to undertake chamber installation works. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.

SCHEDULE 1
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC
Tanners Ln from Wide St Jct for approx. 15m.

PICK STREET, SHEPSHED
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2025
The Order will come into force on 23/06/2025 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 7 days to allow Severn Trent Water to undertake boundary box installation works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Factory St, Tickow Ln, Belton St & vice versa.
