What is happening?

NORTH LANARKSHIRE COUNCIL HARVEST DRIVE, MOTHERWELL

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE)

ORDER 2025

On 9 June 2025 the North Lanarkshire Council made the above-named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged on footway resurfacing works) on Harvest Drive, Motherwell from No.13 to No.67 by reason of works being executed on or near that location.

Alternative routes: Vehicles should continue on Harvest Drive to either the east or west side of the phased works as signposted.

Pedestrian access will be maintained, where practicable, during the closure.

The Order, which will be completed in phases only when appropriate signage is in place, will come into operation at 0001 hours on Monday, 23 June 2025 and will remain in operation until 2359 hours on Friday, 11 July 2025.
