SCHEDULE

The reason for the closures and restrictions is for carriageway resurfacing works.

There will be no waiting, stopping or loading permitted throughout the duration of the said works.

The said roads are expected to be closed and restricted, during various times, on a rolling programme commencing 1st July 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect.

This Order can permit the closure and restriction of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed by 30th September 2025.

Temporary Closure 500287 Road From Junction With B4215 To Junction At St Annes Church (Oxenhall Parish) Forest Of Dean District

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 500287 Road from its junction with the B4215 to the junction at St Annes Church from outside the property known as ’Winters Farm Lodge’ for a distance of approximately 30 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for utility maintenance works.

The said road is expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on 30th June 2025 until 17:00hrs on 2nd July 2025 only or until the works have been completed.

The reason for the said closure is for hydrant renewal works by Severn Trent Water.

The said road is expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on 30th June 2025 until 16:00hrs on 2nd July 2025 only or until the said works have been completed whichever is the earlier.

From Denny Bridge To The Cottage (Minsterworth Parish) Tewkesbury Borough

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the A48 Main Road, Minsterworth/A48 from Denny Bridge to The Cottage, from its junction with Ley Lane to its junction with Church Lane, for a total distance of approximately 2.2 kilometres.

The reason for the said closure is for works to install Crossing Islands in the middle of the Carriageway.

The said road is expected to be closed and restricted between 20:00hrs and 06:00hrs each night from 3rd July 2025 until 12th July 2025 only or until the said works have been completed whichever is the earlier.
