South Devon Highway - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic For Asphalt Preservation

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14
THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (SOUTH DEVON HIGHWAY, NEWTON ABBOT) ORDER 2025
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 23/6/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 30/6/25. Between the hours of 19:00 & 06:00. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: South Devon Highway, Newton Abbot, Road From Eagle Farm Junction To Ware Barton Junction, Kingsteignton A380 South Bound Layby (Between Hestow Road Overbridge & Humber Lane Overbridge).

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - A381 — A385 — A380 & VICE VERSA.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: ASPHALT PRESERVATION.
