Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025
Longmead Drive, Sidcup – Notice of Intention
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable the repair of a collapsed pipe by Cappagh Contractors on behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) from outside 72a to outside 76 Longmead Drive, Sidcup
The Order will come into effect on 23 June 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 10 days.
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via,
• Betterton Drive, Davenport Road, Kimberley Drive and reverse
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Colyers Lane, Erith - Notice of Intention
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable a water mains replacement by Galliford Try on behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Colyers Lane from outside 72/74 to the junction with Erith Road, Erith
The Order will come into effect on 23 June 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 28 days.
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via,
• Bexleyheath, Crayford Bound traffic
Colyers Lane, Erith Road, Barnhurst Road, Mayplace Road East, Perry Street, Northend Road
• Erith bound traffic
Colyers Lane, Bexley Road, Queens Road, South Road, Northend Road, 5th exit on roundabout, Northend Road
• Northumberland Heath bound traffic
Colyers Lane, Northend Road, South Road, Queens Road, Bexley Road
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025
Edwards Road, Belvedere - Notice of Intention
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Morrison Water Services on behalf of Thames Water to undertake their Mains Replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic in Edwards Road – entire length
• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition entire length of the road both sides of the carriageway
The Order will come into effect on 26 June 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 61 days.
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
Paroma Road, Coleman Road, Upper Sheridan Road, and vice versa
Paroma Road, Sheridan Road, Upper Sheridan Road, and vice versa
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Halfway Street and Ellison Road, Sidcup - Notice of Intention
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Marjen Ltd on behalf of Waldon Telecom to undertake Asset Utility Work, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic on Halfway Street and Ellison Road, Sidcup
• Restriction to be removed when not required.
The Order will come into effect on 23 June 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 12 days (Closure is for one night only from 2100 to 0500).
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
Halfway Street, Willersley Avenue, Blackfen Road, Days Lane.
Ellison Road, Valliers Wood Road, Halfway Street.
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Notice of Making an Order
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable JDT Utilities Ltd on behalf of Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Mains Replacement works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic on Roseacre Road, Bexley entire road
• Prohibition of traffic on Danson Mead, Bexley entire road
• Waiting restriction and Loading Restriction on Roseacre Road, Bexley both sides of the carriageway
• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Danson Mead, Bexley both sides of the carriageway
The Order will come into effect on 16 June 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 6 weeks.
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via:
Roseacre Road, Bexley
Park View Road, Danson Lane, and reverse.
Danson Mead,
Park View Road, and reverse.
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025
Holly Hill Road and Rutland Gate, Belvedere
Notice of Making an Order
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable Erith Connect Ltd to undertake electrical and water connection works in the footway and carriageway in Holly Hill Road and Rutland Gate, Belvedere the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic on Holly Hill Road from the junction of Rutland Gate to the entrance of the College
• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition from 25 to 45/65 Rutland Gate, Belvedere, both sides of the carriageway – the restriction also includes the Disabled Bay.
The Order will come into effect on 16 June 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 weeks.
Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via:
Rutland Gate, Erith Road, Upper Holly Hill Road, and reverse
Holmhurst Road, Erith Road, Rutland Gate, and reverse.
Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
