What is happening?

PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TREMATON TERRACE, PENTILLIE ROAD, GRAFTON ROAD, ERMINGTON TERRACE, SEATON AVENUE, SEATON LANE) TEMPORARY OF DRIVING, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:

1. To prohibit the driving of vehicles in: 
- Grafton Road - for its entirety
- Ermington Terrace - eastbound between Seaton Lane and Mutley Plain
- Seaton Avenue - Westbound between Mutley Plain and Seaton Lane
- Seaton Lane - between Ford Park Road and Seaton Avenue

2. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in: 
- Pentillie Road - between Trematon Terrace and Warleigh Road 
- Trematon Terrace - for its entirety 
- Grafton Road - for its entirety 
- Ermington Terrace - between Pentillie Road and Seaton Lane

The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on14th July 2025 and shall remain in force for a maximum of 18 months

It is anticipated that the phased gas mains works will commence on the 14th July 2025 until 3rd November 2025 24hrs
