NOTICE OF INTENTION

WELWYN HATFIELD BOROUGH COUNCIL

THE BOROUGH OF WELWYN HATFIELD (VARIOUS ROADS, SHERRARDS, WELWYN GARDEN CITY)

(RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PERMIT PARKING ZONES) ORDER 2023 (AMENDMENT)

ORDER 202X

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above amendment Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to introduce restrictions in Walden Road, Welwyn Garden City as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents may be viewed at https://www.welhat.gov.uk/parking-consultations, or upon appointment during reception opening hours at Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City from Wednesday 11 June 2025.
