Gloucestershire, Multiple Temporary Road Closures Due To Various Works

GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF VARIOUS ROADS (VARIOUS PARISHES) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule below.

The reason for the closures and restrictions is for carriageway patching works.

There will be no waiting and no loading permitted throughout the duration of the said works.

The said roads are expected to be closed and restricted, during various times, on a rolling programme commencing 19th June 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect. This Order can permit the closure and restriction of the roads at any one time, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed by 31st March 2026.

The reason for the said closure is for infrastructure installation, maintenance and repair works.

These roads and footways are expected to be closed during various times on a rolling programme commencing 16th June 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the said closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the said closures taking effect. This Order can permit the closures and restriction of the said roads and footways at any one time, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed by 31st July 2025.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 401324 Coppice Hill road from its junction with High Street to its junction with Belle Vue Terrace for a distance of approximately 10 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for new electricity supply works on behalf of National Grid.

The said road is expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on 16th June 2025 until 16:00hrs on 20th June 2025 only or until the said works have been completed.
