What is happening?

Portsmouth City Council (Torrington Road) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.97) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 16th June 2025 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
TORRINGTON ROAD
From its junction with London road to outside No.1 Torrington Road.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate Openreach works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 16th June 2025 to 20th June 2025 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
