Pinfold Street, Wolverhampton - Restrictions Of Waiting & Street Parking Places

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 10 June 2025 Wolverhampton City Council made the following Order under Sections 1, 2 and 124(1)(d) and Part IV of Schedule 9
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order which comes into operation on 27 June 2025 is as follows:

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (BILSTON)

(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES)

(AMENDMENT NO 4) ORDER 2024

This Order will prohibit any vehicle to:
(i) wait at any time on any day and to load and unload at any time on any day in parts of Pinfold Street, Dudley Street (Bilston) and High Street (Bilston); and
(ii) wait at any time on any day in the loading area unless such waiting is necessary to enable goods to be loaded on or unloaded from the vehicle in connection with adjoining trade or business premises in parts of Pinfold Street.

Existing Traffic Regulation Orders will be revoked to the extent necessary to facilitate the provisions of this Order.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Act or on the ground that any requirement of those sections of the Act or of Parts I to III to the Act or any regulation under the said Part III has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 10 June 2025 make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
