What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)

(A3052 ROAD FROM HALF WAY INN TO GOOSEMOOR, NEWTON POPPLEFORD) ORDER 2025

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 16/6/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 5/7/25. Between the hours of 19:00 & 06:00. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected:

A3052 ROAD FROM HALF WAY INN TO GOOSEMOOR, NEWTON POPPLEFORD.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via –

A3052 EXETER ROAD, B3178 KNOWLE HILL ROAD, EAST BUDLEIGH ROAD, B3178 KNOWLE, KNOWLE HILL, B3179, B3180 WOODBURY, A3052 HALF WAY HOUSE.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable:

RESURFACING & DRAINAGE WORKS.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 27/6/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 2/7/25.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park or wait on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected:

CAMPERDOWN TERRACE, EXMOUTH (FROM OUTSIDE NUMBER 38 TO NUMBER 40).

THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable:

NEW GAS CONNECTION 3M PUBLIC 2M PRIVATE.

CAPEL LANE, THE GREEN, LITTLEHAM ROAD, SALTERTON ROAD, CAPEL LANE, AND VICE VERSA.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable:

ROAD CLOSURE REQUIRED FOR GAS MAINS REPLACEMENT WORKS.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via –

RADDENSTILE LANE, LONG CAUSEWAY, ALEXANDER ROAD, ROLLING WAY, ALEXANDER ROAD, CAUSEWAY, CAMELFORD GROVE & VICE VERSA.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable:

NEW SEWER CONNECTION.
