What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL
(C100 FROM FROXFIELD TO TYRELLS END, EVERSHOLT)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of C100 From Froxfield to Tyrells End, Eversholt outside Froxfield House.
This temporary closure is required to enable carriageway repair works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.
It is expected that the works will take place from 30 June to 2 July 2025 between the hours of 8am and 6pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period.
The alternative route for this closure is via Tyrells End, Potters End B5704 and vice versa.
The Order will come into operation on 30 June 2025 for a period of twelve months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier. For further information please contact Highways Helpdesk – 0300 300 8049.
CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL
(BEDFORD ROAD, BROGBOROUGH; WOBURN ROAD,
LIDLINGTON AND SHEEPTICK END, LIDLINGTON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of Bedford Road, Brogborough and Woburn Road, Lidlington between the junction with North Common Farm and the junction with Manor Farm Cottages and Sheep Tick End, Lidlington from the junction with Woburn Road and Bedford Road to the gates of the private fishing lake.
This temporary closure is required to enable civils resurfacing works and paco and road marking works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.
It is expected that the works will take place from 30 June to 11 July 2025 between the hours of 9am and 3:30pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period.
The alternative routes for this closure are:
Woburn Road and Bedford Road – via Bedford Road, A421, Woburn Road and vice versa. Sheeptick End – via Station Road, High Street, A507 and vice versa.
The Order will come into operation on 30 June 2025 for a period of eighteen months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of Cranfield Road, Aspley Guise outside Eagle Farm.
This temporary closure is required to enable new water connection work to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.
It is expected that the works will take place from 16 to 23 June 2025. The road will be closed at all times during this period.
The alternative route for this closure is via Wavendon Road, Salford Road, A421, Newport Road, Cranfield and vice versa.
The Order will come into operation on 16 June 2025 for a period of eighteen months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of Ampthill Road, Houghton Conquest 150 metres north of Bedford Road.
This temporary closure is required to enable section 278 work to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.
It is expected that the works will take place from 16 to 25 June 2025.The road will be closed at all times during this period.
The alternative route for this closure is via B530, A5141, A5, A507, B530 and vice versa.
The Order will come into operation on 16 June 2025 for a period of eighteen months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.
