ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

(Globe Road, Leeds) (Temporary Parking Bay Suspension) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because telecoms services works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or park in those 3 parking spaces situated on Globe Road, Leeds, that are located close to its junction with Water Lane, opposite Globe Point. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 30 June 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Tuesday 1st July 2025. The parking bay suspension will be in place between 09:30 hours and 15:30 hours on each day.

(Neville Street, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) connected to the redevelopment of Leeds Railway Station, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel in a northerly direction along Neville Street, Leeds, between its junctions with Sovereign Street and Bishopgate Street. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Sovereign Street & Swinegate The Order shall come into operation on Monday 16 June 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 26 September 2025. The closure will be in place for 24 hrs on each day, except for temporary reopening between 7.00pm on 18 August 2025 and 6.00am on 26 August 2025, to facilitate Leeds Festival traffic.

(Pasture Mount, Back Christ Church View, Christ Church View/Road/Avenue/ Mount & Place, Armley, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Pasture Mount, Back Christ Church View, Christ Church View/Road/Avenue/Mount or Place, Leeds in the Armley Ward; all at their junctions with Stanningley Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closures will be available via: Back Christ Church View, Christ Church Parade, Moorfield Road and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Wednesday 25 June 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Tuesday 22 July 2025. The closures will be in place between 24 hrs on each day.

(Stainbeck Lane, Chapel Allerton, Leeds)(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas main replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel in a west-bound direction along Stainbeck Lane, Leeds, between a point adjacent to Property No. 98 Stainbeck Lane and Scott Hall Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Stainbeck Lane, Harrogate Road, Potternewton Lane & Scott Hall Road. The Order shall come into operation on Thursday 1 July 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Monday 21st July 2025. The closure will be in place for 24hrs per day.

(Lisbon Street, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) in association with the construction of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Lisbon Street, Leeds, from the junction with Castle Street. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 30th June 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Monday 1st September 2025. The closure will be in place for 24 hours on each day.

(Henconner Lane, Bramley, Leeds) (Temporary Parking Bay Suspension) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because cabling works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park or be in those parking bays located Henconner Lane, Bramley, Leeds, that are situated adjacent to property numbers 17 to 25. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 7th July 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Sunday 20th July 2025.

(Warm Lane, Yeadon, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas main replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Warm Lane, Yeadon, Leeds, for a distance of approx. 20m from its junction with Apperley Lane (except for HGV’s exceeding 7.5T that require access). A diversionary route for cars and HGV’s weighing 7.5Tor less will be available via: Greenlee Road, Greenlea Avenue, New Road, Green Lane roundabout, New Road Side roundabout, Apperley Lane, and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Thursday 3rd July 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Wednesday 16th July 2025.

(Dean Lane, Yeadon, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas mains replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Dean Lane, Yeadon, Leeds, between its junctions with Otley Old Road and Whitehouse Lane. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Whitehouse Lane, Victoria Avenue, Harrogate Road, Otley Old Road. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 7th July 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 25th July 2025.

(Kirkgate, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because new gas service works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Kirkgate, Leeds, at its junction with New Market Street, for a distance of 30m in a north-westerly direction. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: New Market Street, Duncan Street, Central Road. For the purpose of accommodating the above diversionary route, it will also be necessary to reverse the direction of travel on Central Road, so that traffic can only travel in a northerly direction between its junctions with Duncan Street and Kirkgate. The Order is intended to come into operation on Sunday 22nd June 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 27th June 2025. The closure will be in place for 24hrs on each day.

(Lyndon Avenue, Garforth, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because new service connection works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s). Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Lyndon Avenue, Garforth, Leeds, adjacent to property numbers 34 to 48. Essential access to and from premises will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Tuesday 8th July 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Monday 14th July 2025. The closure will be in place for 24 hrs on each day.

(Definitive Footpath Leeds No. 124) – (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because dismantling, refurbishment and re-installing works are to be carried out to Crawshaw Bridge (as part of the Transpennine Route Upgrade) on or near the under mentioned footpath, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that no person shall proceed on foot along Definitive Footpath Leeds No.124, between its junctions with Barrowby Lane and Barnbow Lane, in the Cross Gates and Whinmoor and Temple Newsam Wards, respectively. Diversionary routes for pedestrians will be available via: Definitive Bridleway Leeds 123, Definitive Bridleway Barwick 10, Definitive Bridleway Austhorpe 9, Definitive Bridleway Austhorpe 12, Definitive Bridleway Leeds 125; and via Definitive Bridleway Leeds 125, Definitive Bridleway Austhorpe 1, William Parkin Way, Manston Lane. The Order is intended to come into operation on 30 June 2025 and to remain in force 24 hours per day, for a maximum period of 6 months. TC10111.

(Definitive Footpath Horsforth No.50) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works involving the permanent diversion of a public right of way are to be undertaken on or near the under mentioned footpath, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall proceed along Leeds Definitive Footpath No 50; from its junction with Church Road, Horsforth; in a north-westerly direction for 165m, then heading in a westerly direction for 50m. A diversionary route for pedestrians affected will be available in a westerly direction along Church Lane, before reaching the community car park adjacent to the closure, until it reconnects with Definitive Footpath Horsforth 50 and vice versa. The Order shall come into operation on 12 June 2025 and to remain in force 24 hours per day, for a maximum period of 6 months. The works are expected to finish by 19 November 2025. TC10116

(Definitive Bridleways Bramhope No.2 & Arthington No.5)
(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That because culvert has collapsed causing a hazard to users, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall proceed along Definitive Bridleways Bramhope No. & Arthington No.5; between their junctions with Creskeld Drive and Creskeld Lane. A diversionary route for users affected by the closure will be available via Creskeld Drive, Creskeld Lane and vice versa. The Order shall come into operation on 12 June 2025 and to remain in force 24 hours per day, for a maximum period of 6 months. TC10117
