(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2019) (SNOW HILL PHASE 3A) (VARIATION) ORDER 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 84(1) and (2) 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:

1. To introduce Parking Place with Payment 8am - 7.30pm 4 hours no return 1 hour restrictions on lengths of NEWHALL STREET, EDMUND STREET, MARGARET STREET, BARWICK STREET, WHITTALL STREET, WEAMAN STREET and STEELHOUSE LANE.

2. To introduce No Waiting at any Time restrictions on lengths of NEWHALL STREET, COLMORE ROW, BENNETTS HILL and WATERLOO STREET

3. To introduce No Waiting and No Loading at any time restriction on a length of STEELHOUSE LANE,

4. To introduce No Waiting 8am - 7.30pm restrictions on lengths of NEWHALL STREET and BENNETTS HILL,

5. To introduce Police Parking Place restrictions on lengths of WEAMAN STREET,

6. To introduce a Disabled Persons Parking Place restriction on a length of WATERLOO STREET.

7. To introduce a Loading Bay 20 minutes No return 1 hour restriction on a length of WATERLOO STREET,

8. To remove a One-Way Traffic Restriction on a length of NEWHALL STREET and BENNETTS HILL,

9. To change the direction of One-Way Traffic Restrictions on lengths of TEMPLE ROW WEST and WATERLOO STREET.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by the 3rd July 2025.
