NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS ROADS, FYLDE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION AND VARIOUS PARKING RESTRICTIONS 25/26 (NO1C)) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) The "Lancashire county council (Various Roads, Burnley, Fylde, Hyndburn, Preston, Rossendale, South Ribble and West Lancs) (Revocations And Various Parking Restrictions (July/August No 1)) Order 2019" insofar as it relates to Item c) of Schedule 2.
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Fylde Borough Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to:
i. Items (37), (70)b)(iii), (70)b)(iv), (70)c)(iii) and (217)b)(ii) of Schedule 10.01;
ii. Items (1)a), (1)b) and (15) of Schedule 11.040;
iii. Items (3)(i) and (3)(ii) of Schedule 12.060;
iv. Items (1) and (2) of Schedule 12.082;
v. Items (1)(i), (1)(ii) and (1)(iii) of Schedule 12.104.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Ballam Road, Lytham St Annes, the east side, from a point 119 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Norfolk Road for a distance of 36 metres in a northerly direction;
b) Ballam Road, Lytham St Annes, the east side, from its junction with the Centreline of the Western Spur of Park View Road for a distance of 49 metres in a northerly direction;
c) Ballam Road, Lytham St Annes, the west side, from a point 13 metres south of its junction with the Centreline of the Western Spur of Park View Road for a distance of 132 metres in a northerly direction;
d) Clifton Drive North, Lytham St Annes, the north east side, from its junction with the Centreline of St George's Road for a distance of 164 metres in a north westerly direction;
e) Clifton Drive North, the south west side, from a point 38.5 metres north west of its junction with the Centreline of Douglas Street for a distance of 38 metres in a north westerly direction;
f) Clifton Drive North, the south west side, from its junction with the Centreline of Dove Street for a distance of 40.5 metres in a north westerly direction;
g) Cottage Row, Lytham St Annes, both sides, from its junction with the Centreline of Bath Road for a distance of 8.5 metres in an easterly direction;
h) Clifton Drive North, Lytham St Annes, the south west side, from a point 9 metres south east of its junction with the Centreline of Douglas Street for a distance of 14.5 metres in a north westerly direction;
i) Park View Road (Southern Arm), Lytham St Annes, both sides, the entire length;
j) Park View Road, Lytham St Annes, the west side, from a point 39 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Norfolk Road for a distance of 47 metres in a northerly direction;
k) Boston Road, Lytham St Annes, the south west side, from its Centreline junction with Shepherd Road for a distance of 14 metres in a south easterly direction.
3. Introduce a limited waiting parking place for 1 hour with no return within 2 hours Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm in the following lengths of road:
a) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 70 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Lytham Road for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction;
b) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 37.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Lytham Road for a distance of 9 metres in a northerly direction;
c) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 56.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Lytham Road for a distance of 4.5 metres in a northerly direction;
d) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 89 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Lytham Road for a distance of 53.5 metres in a northerly direction;
e) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 70 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 16 metres in a northerly direction;
f) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 100.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 8.5 metres in a northerly direction;
g) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 115 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 8.5 metres in a northerly direction;
h) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 48 metres south of its junction with the Centreline of Byron Avenue for a distance of 6.5 metres in a northerly direction;
i) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 31.5 metres south of its junction with the Centreline of Byron Avenue for a distance of 9 metres in a northerly direction;
j) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 27.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Harbour Avenue for a distance of 26 metres in a northerly direction;
k) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 3 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 8 metres in a northerly direction;
l) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 16.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 7.5 metres in a northerly direction;
m) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 32.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 7.5 metres in a northerly direction;
n) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 51 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Avenue for a distance of 13.5 metres in a northerly direction;
o) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 14.5 metres south of its junction with the Centreline of Byron Avenue for a distance of 6 metres in a northerly direction;
p) Harbour Lane, Bryning With Warton, the west side, from a point 5.5 metres north of its junction with the Centreline of Harbour Avenue for a distance of 14 metres in a northerly direction.
