What is happening?

THE SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL (STOPPING RESTRICTIONS, WAITING RESTRICTIONS, LOADING RESTRICTIONS & PARKING PLACES) (MAP SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024 (AMENDMENT NO.13) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN on 5 June 2025 the Sheffield City Council made the above Order which come into operation on 9 June 2025 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce:

No Waiting at any Time on parts of Cemetery Avenue and Stalker Lees Road;
No Waiting Monday to Saturday 08.00 to 18.30 on parts of Stalker Lees Road;
Paid for Parking Places max stay 4 hours and Permit Holders Parking Place Monday to Saturday 08.00 to 18.30 on parts of Stalker Lees Road;
Disabled Persons’ Badge Holders Parking Places max stay 4 hours no return 4 hours on parts of Cemetery Avenue.

And remove:

No Waiting at any time on Cemetery Avenue and Stalker Lees Road;
Paid for Parking Places max stay 4 hours no return 4 hours and Permit Holders Parking Place Monday to Saturday 08.00 to 18.30 on parts of Stalker Lees Road;
Paid for Parking Places max stay 2 hours and Permit Holders Parking Place Monday to Saturday 08.00 to 18.30 on parts of Cemetery Avenue;

or examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the enabling Act or that a requirement of the enabling Act or any of the relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks of the 9 June 2025 make application for that purpose to the High Court.
