(Temporary Prohibition Or Restriction Of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to a special Event being held, Halton Borough Council has made the above named temporary Order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) by the Road Traffic Regulation (Special Events) Act 1994.
Road(s) affected: High Street and Church End, Hale Reason for making the Order: the Council is satisfied that the Order is needed to facilitate the holding of an Event known as the Halton Village Fare.
Effect of the Order: during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in or along the road.
Alternative Routes: No alternative routes are available.
Date Order to come into effect: 14 June 2025
Maximum duration of the Order: 3 days from the date from the date the Order comes into effect.
Note: the restriction is for the Halton Village Fare and will be in place for one day only, between 0700 hours and 1900 hours. For further information contact: 07866 783045.
