TEMPORARY CLOSING OF RESTRICTED BYWAY ELSTREE & BOREHAMWOOD 62
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Restricted Byway, known as Restricted Byway 62 Borehamwood, Borehamwood, which runs adjacent to Edgwarebury Farm, for an approximate distance of 250m.
Alternative route will be via alternative public routes.
The purpose of the Order is to enable utilities works to take place.
The section of Restricted Byway will be closed on or after 10 June 2025 for up to 1 day, when signs are in place.
TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE SERVICE ROAD FRONTING NOS. 129-155 WATLING STREET, PARK STREET ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of service road fronting Nos. 129–155 Watling Street, Park Street from its junction with A5183 Watling Street north eastwards for a distance of approximately 41m (“the Road”), except for access.
The purpose of the Order is to enable utility works to take place.
Vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 June 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs or as near as practicable to those times.

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF JUBILEE AVENUE, LONDON COLNEY ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Jubilee Avenue, London Colney from its junction with High Street south eastwards for a distance of approximately 10m (“the Road”), except for access.
The purpose of the Order is to enable water connection works to take place.
Vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 June 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs or as near as practicable to those times.

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF LAMER LANE, WHEATHAMPSTEAD ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Lamer Lane, Wheathampstead from its junction with B651 Lower Luton Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 1.3km (“the Road”), except for access.
The purpose of the Order is to enable bridge works to take place.
Vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 June 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs or as near as practicable to those times.

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF GROVE ROAD, HARPENDEN ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Grove Road, Harpenden from its junction with Paddock Wood south eastwards to its junction with Pierces Lane/Welbeck Rise roundabout, a distance of approximately 52m (“the Road”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Grove Road, Broadstone Road, Crabmore Drive and Welbeck Rise.
The purpose of the Order is to enable utility service works to take place.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 June 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs or as near as practicable to those times.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (WOOLLAM CRESCENT, ST ALBANS) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council, in order to improve road safety, proposes under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce new waiting restrictions in parts of Woollam Crescent, St Albans, as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals may be viewed from 5 June 2025 during normal office hours at County Hall, Hertford, or at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/trafficorders by selecting St Albans and looking at Ref: SADC2025.

Order and Scheme details:
Woollam Crescent, St Albans – Proposed restrictions to apply at junction with Hatfield Road to the boundary of Nos. 29 & 31 and Nos. 26 & 28.
The restrictions are proposed as part of a statutory function of the County Council. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in it on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with, may do so by application to the High Court within six weeks from the date of the Order being made.
