NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(WHEATSHEAF WAY, POULTON-LE-FYLDE, WYRE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION AND VARIOUS PARKING RESTRICTIONS 25-26 (NO1H)) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the "Lancashire County Council (Wyre Borough Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to Items (5) and (42) of Schedule 10.01.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Wheatsheaf Way, Poulton-le-Fylde, the north and east side, from its junction with the centreline of Hardhorn Road to its junction with the centreline of Blackpool Old Road;
b) Wheatsheaf Way, Poulton-le-Fylde, the south and west side, from a point 29 metres west of its junction with the centreline of Hardhorn Road for a distance of 81.5 metres in a westerly then northerly direction;
c) Wheatsheaf Way, Poulton-le-Fylde, the south west side, from its junction with the centreline of Hardhorn Road for a distance of 8.5 metres in a westerly direction;
d) Wheatsheaf Way, Poulton-le-Fylde, the west side, from its junction with the centreline of Blackpool Old Road for a distance of 16.5 metres in a southerly direction.
3. Introduce a limited waiting parking place for 1 hour with no return within 1 hour Monday to Saturday 8am – 6pm in the following lengths of road:
a) Wheatsheaf Way, Poulton-le-Fylde, the south side, from a point 8.5 metres west of its junction with the centreline of Hardhorn Road for a distance of 20.5 metres in a westerly direction;
b) Wheatsheaf Way, Poulton-le-Fylde, the west side, from a point 16.5 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Blackpool Old Road for a distance of 22 metres in a southerly direction.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Wyre Borough Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
