NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS ROADS, RIBBLE VALLEY BOROUGH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING 25-26 (NO1F)) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Blackburn Road, Ribchester, the north side, from a point 17.5 metres west of its junction with the Centreline of Ribblesdale Road for a distance of 27 metres in an easterly direction;
b) Ribblesdale Road, Ribchester, the east side, from its junction with the Centreline of Blackburn Road for a distance of 21.5 metres in a northerly direction;
c) Ribblesdale Road, Ribchester, the west side, from its junction with the Centreline of Blackburn Road for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
