(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 9th June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Treliever. This prohibition is necessary for gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th June 2025 to 27th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Four Cross, Treluswell and A394 Between Penvose And Treliever Cross, Treliever for their entire lengths.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 9th June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Penryn. This prohibition is necessary for gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd June 2025 to 26th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - B3292 Between Four Cross And Lower Treluswell, B3292 Between Lower Treluswell And Browns Hill, The Praze, Church Road, Commercial Road, for their entire lengths and Falmouth Road, Penryn between the junctions of Commercial Road and Ponsharden.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 9th June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Brea. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2025 to 12th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Brea Arch, Brea for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 9th June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth.
This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th June 2025 to 30th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Nancekuke, Redruth between the properties known as Foxes Earth and Cozy Nook.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 9th June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth. This prohibition is necessary for manhole works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th June 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - New Portreath Road, Redruth between the junctions of Lower North Country and Old Portreath Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th July 2025 to 11th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Nancekuke, Redruth between the junction of Road from Cambrose to Mile Hill and grid reference SW6925946250.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Carn Brea. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th July 2025 to 10th July 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Chapel Hill, Tregajorran, Cam Brea for its entire length.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 14th April 2025 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Trevingey Parc, Redruth between the property known as Delta Lodge and the junction of Trevingey Close. The Order which commenced on the 15th April 2025 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 1st September 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of works to remediate a confirmed mine working (shaft) in the highway.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 9th June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Carnon Downs.
This prohibition is necessary for manhole repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th June 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for signing and lining works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th June 2025 to 26th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 9th June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Grampound. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd June 2025 to 27th June 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Pepo Lane, Grampound between the junctions of Fore Street and New Hill Estate.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 9th June 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being A390 Dual Carriageway Westbound From Tresawls Roundabout And Threemilestone Roundabout, Threemilestone for its entire length and Tresawls Road, Truro Westbound between grid references SW78931 45028 and SW79535 45083 for approximately 1800 metres.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out NARs construction works.
The Order will come into operation on 23rd June 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 22nd December 2026. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
