Bunny Lane, Michelmarsh & Timsbury, Test Valley - Temporary Road Closure due to underground cabling works
What is happening?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Bunny Lane between its junction with Jinny Lane and its junction with Rudd Lane.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Upper Lower Street, Paynes Hay Road, Braishfield Road, Sandy Lane, Yokesford Hill.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Thursday 26th June 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than Thursday 26th June 2025 and working between the hours 09:30-15:30).
The Temporary Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Openreach to access underground cabling safely.
