Doncastle Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Maintenance Works
What is happening?
BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(DONCASTLE ROAD, BRACKNELL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:
a) Any vehicle travelling on Doncastle Road, Bracknell between the roundabout and Oldbury.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order will be via: Doncastle Road, A3095 Mill Lane, A329 Berkshire Way and this route reversed.
The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while T-Mobile carry out maintenance on the telecoms mast.
The Order came into operation on the 2nd June 2025 and has a maximum duration of 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the closure will be in place for one day on 2nd June 2025 from 10:00 until 15:30.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
