(SUNNYSIDE DRIVE, CLARKSTON) TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO USE OF ROAD ORDER 2025

On the 27 May 2025 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order authorises to restrict vehicular access on Sunnyside Drive, Clarkston, in order to facilitate the essential carriageway resurfacing works scheduled to be carried from Monday 21 July until Friday 1 August 2025.

The Order authorises the closure of the road for the duration of the works.

Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times.

Diversion Routes:

PHASE 1: BENVIEW ROAD – STEWART DRIVE – GOLF ROAD – SERES ROAD – BENVIEW ROAD (ONE WAY LOOP)

PHASE 2: MORVEN DRIVE – CLEUGH GARDENS – GOLF ROAD AND VICE VERSA,
