Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
D51090 HIGH CROSS LANE, ROWINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Holywell and The Cumsey.
Reason for Order: To enable new drainage installation works, 08.00hrs17.00hrs.
Order Commences: 9 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: High Cross Lane, High Cross Farm Road, Back Lane, Shrewley Common and vice versa.

FIVE WAYS ROAD, SHREWLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable works for meter renewal.
Order Commences: 11 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Five Ways Road, Birmingham Road, Stoney Lane and vice versa.

MAIN STREET, HUNNINGHAM
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works to install new ducting.
Order Commences: 9 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Main Street, Little End, Hunningham Road and vice versa.

PRINCES DRIVE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install boundary box and clear blockages, closed 20.00hrs – 06.00hrs.
Order Commences: 10 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Myton Road, Banbury Road, Castle Bridge, Castle Hill, Smith Street, St Johns, Coten End, Emscote Road, Rugby Road, Binswood Street, Clarendon Square, Clarendon Place, Dale Street, Adelaide Road, Avenue Road, Park Drive, Princes Drive and vice versa.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH W105 IN THE PARISH OF BISHOPS TACHBROOK
Order Effect: Footpath closed to ALL traffic between grid references SP2995062428 to SP29466-62920.
Reason for Order: Because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath.
Order Commenced: 30 May 2022 for 6 months, subsequently extended and was due to expire 1 June 2025. However, the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has directed that the Order shall continue in force until 1 December 2025, or until works are completed, whichever is the earlier (unless the Secretary of State issues a further direction).
Access & Diversion: There is no alternative route available.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works to renew a boundary box.

Access & Diversion: Regent Street, Church Hill, Milverton Hill and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install new supply.
Order Commences: 9 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: The Bank, Chesterton Road, The Green, Church Lane and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To conduct trial holes to check for utility services prior to water mains installation.
Order Commences: 25 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Brownley Green Lane, Birmingham Road and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to renew boundary box.
Order Commences: 26 June 2025 for up to 18 months.

EMSCOTE ROAD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Vehicular traffic will be prohibited from making a right turn from Emscote Road, into Fleur de Lys Court.
Reason for Order: To safely enable electrical network reinforcement works.
Order Commences: 23 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 3 July 2025.
Access & Diversion: Emscote Road, Warwick New Road and vice versa

ELMDENE ROAD, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic from Whitemoor Road to Denemoor Close.
Reason for Order: To enable works to replace a telegraph pole.
Order Commences: 24 June 2025 for up to 18 months
Anticipated Completion: 24 June 2025
Access & Diversion: Elmdene Road, Brooke Road, Windy Arbour, Whitemoor Road and vice versa.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH MILL BRIDGE, JEPHSON GARDENS, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Footpath closed to all traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable detailed bridge examination.
Order Commences: 23 June 2025 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 23 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Public Footpath Jephson Gardens, Newbold Terrace, Victoria Terrace, Priory Terrace, Mill Road and vice versa.

VICTORIA STREET, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between Victoria Mews and Edward Street. In addition, the One-way traffic flow on Victoria Street will be temporarily suspended.
Reason for Order: To enable works to cut off old water pipe.
Order Commences: 25 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Cape Road, Northgate, Saltisford and vice versa. Contractor: For STW, Chevron TM Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

(20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025
Warwickshire County Council propose to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to impose a 20-mph speed limit on the length of road mentioned in the Schedule below. THE WARWICKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025
Warwickshire County Council has made the above-named Order, pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce a 20 mph speed limit on the entire lengths St Laurence Avenue, Warwick.
The Order commences on 12 June 2025.
A copy of the Order, together with a plan showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the Main Reception, Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick during usual opening hours, or online at https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/news/20210/warwick-district.
