RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD DRWY HYN bod y Cyngor fel yr Awdurdod Prifyrdd ar gyfer Bro Ogwr, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Trafg Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), wedi creu Gorchymyn a fydd yn cyfwyno’r cyfyngiadau dros dro a nodir yn yr atodlen isod. Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd oherwydd lled annigonol tra bod gwaith yn cael ei gynnal ar y draeniau. Bydd mynediad brys yn cael ei gynnal. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 09/06/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am uchafswm o 18 mis neu nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith arfaethedig yn cael ei wneud rhwng 07:30 ar 09/06/2025 a 16:00 ar 18/07/2025, neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, hyd at uchafswm o 18 mis. 

Atodlen - Ni chaif neb yrru unrhyw gerbyd y tu allan i Rif 92 Adare Street hyd at y tr ger Rhif 100 Adare Street, Bro Ogwr. Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer cerbydau yw trwy Coronaton Street, Dunraven Place, Fronwen Terrace a Cwrt Tŷ Mawr ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Rhoddir mynediad ar droed trwy’r cyfyngiad i’r Heddlu, Gwasanaethau Tân ac Ambiwlans sy’n ymateb i argyfyngau a bydd mynediad i gerddwyr at yr holl eiddo o fewn y cyfyngiad yn cael ei gynnal ar hyd llwybrau difniedig trwy gydol y cyfnod cau. Ni ellir darparu mynediad i gerbydau gan y bydd fos agored nes bod y bibell yn cael ei gosod. Fodd bynnag, bydd y cyfyngiad ond yn berthnasol ar adegau ac i’r graddau a ddangosir o bryd i’w gilydd gan arwyddion trafg a ragnodir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyfredinol Arwyddion Trafg 2016.

BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (ADARE STREET, OGMORE VALE) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council as the Highway Authority for Ogmore Vale in exercise of its powers under Secton 14(1) of the Road Trafc Regulaton Act 1984 (as amended) has made an Order which temporarily introduces the restricton set out in the schedule below. 

The Order is necessary in the interests of public safety due to insufcient widths whilst drainage works are being undertaken. Emergency access to be maintained. The Order will come into force on the 09/06/2025 and will contnue in force for a maximum period of 18 months or untl such tme as the works are completed, whichever is the sooner. It is antcipated the planned works will be undertaken between the hours of 07:30am on 09/06/2025 to 16:00pm on 18/07/2025 or untl such tme as the works are completed up to a maximum of 18 months. 

Schedule - No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed outside Number 92 Adare Street to the land adjacent to Number 100 Adare Street, Ogmore Vale. The alternatve route for vehicles is via Coronaton Street, Dunraven Place, Fronwen Terrace and Cwrt Ty Mawr and Vice versa. Access on foot will be provided through the restricton for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies and Pedestrian access to all propertes within the restricton will be maintained on foot along defned routes throughout the period of the closure - vehicular access is unable to be provided as a result of there being an open trench untl the pipe is installed. The restrictons shall however only apply at such tme and to such extent as shall from tme to tme be indicated by trafc signs prescribed by The Trafc Signs Regulatons and General Directons 2016.
