What is happening?

(New Hey Road, Outlane, Huddersfield)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of New Hey Road, Outlane from its junction with Quebec Road to its junction with Marsden Gate PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via New Hey Road, Stainland Road, Clay Pit Lane, Green Lane, Back Bowling Green Road, Beestonley Lane, Stainland Road, Saddleworth Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Thursday 12 June 2025 20:00 and remain in force until 14 June 2025 05:30 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(Denby Lane, Grange Moor, Huddersfield)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Denby Lane, Grange Moor from a point outside property no. 32 Denby Lane and approximately 25 metres to the side of property no. 12 Denby Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
No Diversion. Access maintained for residents.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday 11 June 2025 and remain in force for approximately one day. (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Park Side, Holmfirth from its junction with Bank Street to its junction with St Georges Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via St George’s Road, Totties Lane, Greenhill Bank Road, Holmfirth Road, Sheffield Road, Bank Street and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 9 June 2025 08:00 hours and remain in force until 7 July 2025 18:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(Bridge Lane, Holmfirth, Huddersfield)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Bridge Lane, Holmfirth at a point approximately opposite property no. 10 Bridge Lane to a point approximately outside property no. 12 Bridge Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Bridge Lane, Huddersfield Road, Victoria Street, Town Gate, Station Road, Back Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday 11 June 2025 19:00 hours and remain in force until 13 June 2025 23:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Royd Road, Meltham, from its junction with Hebble Lane to approximately 170 metres south of Hebble Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
No diversion.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 9 June 2025 08:00 hours and remain in force until 13 June 2025 17:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the lengths of Chain Road/Slaithwaite Road/Varley, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield: Chain Road extents - Sledgate Lane to Slaithwaite Road, Slaithwaite Road extents - Chain Road to Blackmoorfoot Road, Varley Road extents - Chain Road to Holt Head PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Chain Road, Meltham Road, Manchester Road, Varley Road, Holt Head Road, Blackmoorfoot Road, Slaithwaite Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 23 June 2025 and remain in force until 25 July 2025 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Carr Lane, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield from its junction with Cross Lane to a point approximately outside property no. 43 Carr Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Cross Street, New Street, Carr Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 23 June 2025 21:00 and remain in force until 24 June 2025 05:00 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Royd Lane, Holmbridge, from its junction with Old Yew Lane to its junction with Brow Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Royd Lane, Acre Lane, Woodhouse Lane, White Gate Road, Hill House Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 23 June 2025 08:00 and remain in force until 8 August 2025 17:00 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Heaton Avenue, Kirkheaton, from a point approximately outside property no. 8 Heaton Avenue to a point approximately outside property no. 18 Heaton Avenue PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Heaton Avenue, Heaton Drive, Regent Road, Heaton Moor Road.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 23 June 2025 08:00 and remain in force until 28 June 2025 18:00 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) (No 2) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Back Union Street, Huddersfield from its junction with Broadway to its junction with Northern Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Great Northern Street, Union Street, Broadway and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 23 June 2025 08:00 and remain in force until 27 June 2025 15:00 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
(Low Westwood Lane, Golcar, Huddersfield)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Low Westwood Lane, Golcar, Huddersfield from approximately 60 metres either side of railway bridge on Low Westwood Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Low Westwood Lane, Lower Wellhouse Road, Radcliffe Road, Carr Lane, Britannia Road, Back O’ Dam, Manchester Road, Bargate and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 23 June 2025 23:00 and remain in force until 24 June 2025 06:00 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
