What is happening?

ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL

B977 – TEMPORARY 30MPH SPEED LIMIT

“The Aberdeenshire Council (B977 at Cothal - 09.06.25) (Temporary 30mph Speed Limit) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The order will operate from 09.06.25 for a period of 18 months and will introduce a 30mph speed limit on the B977 at Cothal from 585 meters west of its junction with the U198c, northwards, then westwards for 530 meters. The temporary speed limit is necessary in the interests of public safety.
