RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD DRWY HYN fod y Cyngor fel yr Awdurdod Prifyrdd ar gyfer Trelales wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Trafg Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) wedi creu Gorchymyn a fydd yn cyfwyno, dros dro, y cyfyngiad a nodir yn yr atodlen isod. Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol i adnewyddu polion a dargludyddion uwchben gyda lled y lôn yn annigonol o ran diogelwch ar gyfer gweithio. Nid yw’n bosibl cwblhau’r gwaith yn y lôn a chaniatáu i ddefnyddwyr eraill y fordd basio. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 10/06/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am uchafswm o 18 mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith arfaethedig yn cael ei wneud o 08:00am i 16:00pm ar 10/06/2025, neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, hyd at uchafswm o 18 mis. 

Atodlen - Ni chaif unrhyw un beri i unrhyw gerbyd deithio ar hyd Stryd Fawr Lôn Trelales i Lôn Heol Llangewydd trwy’r Planhigfeydd. Y fordd i’w chau rhwng tŷ Ton Philip i’r gyfordd â lôn heol Llangewydd, pellter o tua 850 metr. Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer cerbydau yw ar hyd yr A473 Stryd Fawr, Lôn Rogers, Lôn Heol Llangewydd o Birch Grove i Lôn Rogers, ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Ni ellir darparu mynediad trwy’r cyfyngiad i’r Heddlu, Gwasanaethau Tân ac Ambiwlans sy’n ymateb i argyfyngau; fodd bynnag, bydd mynediad i gerddwyr i’r holl eiddo o fewn y cyfyngiad yn cael ei gynnal ar hyd llwybrau difniedig trwy gydol y cyfnod cau. Fodd bynnag, bydd y cyfyngiad ond yn berthnasol ar adegau ac i’r graddau a ddangosir o bryd i’w gilydd gan arwyddion trafg a ragnodir gan Reoliadau a Chyfarwyddiadau Cyfredinol Arwyddion Trafg 2016.

BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(HIGH STREET LALESTON LANE, LALESTON) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council as the Highway Authority for Laleston in exercise of its powers under Secton 14(1) of the Road Trafc Regulaton Act 1984 (as amended) has made an Order which temporarily introduces the restricton set out in the schedule below.

The Order is necessary due to the refurbishment of overhead poles and conductors with the lane width being insufcient in the interests of safety for working. It is not possible to complete the work in the lane and to allow other road users to pass. The Order will come into force on the 10/06/2025 and will contnue in force for a maximum period of 18 months or untl such tme as the works are completed, whichever is the sooner. It is antcipated the planned works will be undertaken from 08:00am to 16:00pm on 10/06/2025, or untl the works are completed up to a maximum of 18 months. 

Schedule - No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along the High Street Laleson Lane to Llangewydd Road Lane Via Nurseries. Road to be closed between Ton Philip house to its juncton with Llangewydd road lane being a distance of approximately 850 meters. The alternatve route for vehicles is via A473 High Street, Rogers Lane, Llangewydd Road Lane from Birch Grove to Rogers Lane, and Vice Versa. Access cannot be provided through the restricton for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies; however, Pedestrian access to all propertes within the restricton will be maintained along defned routes throughout the period of the closure. The restrictons shall however only apply at such tme and to such extent as shall from tme to tme be indicated by trafc signs prescribed by The Trafc Signs Regulatons and General Directons 2016.
