What is happening?

(WEDNESFIELD WAY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on the left hand turn on Wednesfield Way into Deans Road.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 14 June 2025 until 15 June 2025, between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00.
The diversion route is: Wolverhampton Road, Wednesfield Road, Ring Road St. Davids, Horseley Fields, Lower Horseley Fields, Willenhall Road.
The Order is required to facilitate the installation of a chamber and duct by City Fibre.
