What is happening?

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
VARIOUS ROADS, AMBER VALLEY

WHEN: 23 June to 15 August 2025 (no more than 10 individual days, for each of the roads listed).

Advance warning signs will be placed out prior to each closure
REASON: To facilitate carriageway surface dressing and other associated works, including road studs and markings removal/reinstatement at certain sites.

Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Please allow extra time for your journey. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
