What is happening?

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Strawberry Dale, Harrogate, Order 2025, No. 188 We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Strawberry Dale, Harrogate for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 09/06/25 & 20/06/25, due to private contractor installing a foul drain. However, the max duration of this Order will be for 20 days. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition Of Pedestrians, Public Footpath 15.54/160/3 Parish Harrogate, Order 2025 No 17 Notice is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public access along Public Footpath 15.54/160/3 in the Parish of Harrogate between grid reference SE31115844 & SE30645785 due to the landslip, the route continues to be unsafe for members of the public to use and has been continued in force for a further 6 months until 10/12/25 or until the completion of the works (whichever is the earlier), under Section 15(3) of the above Act with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport. The further continuation of the closure will be put into effect by notices & signs. An alternative route will be signed on site. However, the max duration of this Order is from 16/06/25 until 07/07/25. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate.
