Public Footpaths Cl1/13 & Cl11/30, Temple Bridge, Temple Cloud - Temporary closure due to replacement sewer construction
What is happening?
Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which is to temporarily introduce a closure to the section of Public Footpath CL1/13 commencing from a junction with Public Footpath CL11/29 at ST62665734 and proceeding in a generally ENE direction for approx 188m to ST62835739; and to the section of Public Footpath CL11/30 commencing from ST62835739 and proceeding in
a generally ENE direction for approx 574m to a junction with Hart’s Lane at
ST63375751.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the right of way: namely the applicant will be constructing a replacement sewer.
The Order will come into force on 16th June 2025 and will be effective until 18th August 2025.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Public Footpath CL11/29 – Wells Road – Public Footpath CL11/27 - Hart’s Lane. Vice Versa.
