Cuffelle Close Footpath, Chineham, Basingstoke - Temporary Footpath Closure due to electric utility works
What is happening?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
FOOTPATH TO BE CLOSED: that part of Cuffelle Close Footpath between its junction with Cuffelle Close and its junction with Warbleton Road Footpaths.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Warbleton Road Footpaths, St Leonards Avenue, Puttenham Road Footpath, Cuffelle Close
DURATION OF ORDER: from 9th June 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 5 days, and in operation for 24 hours a day).
The footpath closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Connect It Utility Services to carry out electric network reinforcement utility works. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order please contact:
