The Cornwall Council 
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) 

The County of Cornwall (Penpons Lane, Lanner) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Lanner. 

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th July 2025 for one day. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Penpons Lane, Lanner for its entire length.

The County of Cornwall (Pendarves Street, Tuckingmill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 2nd June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Tuckingmill. 

This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th June 2025 to 22nd June 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 2300, weekends included.

Road affected - Pendarves Street, Tuckingmill between the junction of Pavilion Park and Church View Road. 

An alternative route will be signed on site.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camborne. 

This prohibition is necessary for reinstatement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st July 2025 to 2nd July 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Trelowarren Street, Camborne between the junction of Adelaide Street and Centenary Street. An alternative route will be signed on site.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Carnhell Green. 

This prohibition is necessary for installing speed humps and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th June 2025 to 4th July 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Station Road, Carnhell Green between the junction of Polmenor Downs South and Carnhell Road. An alternative route will be signed on site.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth. 

This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th June 2025 to 5th July 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Lemins Court, Redruth for its entire length. There is no alternative route.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 2nd June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Falmouth. 

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th June 2025 to 19th June 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Tregew Road, Falmouth between the junction of Bissom Road and the property named Long Close Farm.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 2nd June 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Mawnan Smith.

This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th June 2025 to 25th June 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - Helford Passage, Mawnan Smith between grid references SW76253 26881 and SW76283 26893. There is no alternative route.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th June 2025 for one day. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Road From Hall North Of Church Close To Eglos Road, St Erme between the junction of Eglos Road and the St Erme Parish Hall.

The County of Cornwall (Trevithick Road, Truro) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th April 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Truro. 

This prohibition is necessary for vehicle crossing, sewer and water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th June 2025 to 27th June 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - Trevithick Road, Truro between the junctions of Tremorvah Crescent and Tremorvah Barton.

This prohibition is necessary for construction works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th June 2025 for one day. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only. 

Road affected - West End, Penryn between the junctions of Western Place and Access To Industrial Estate From West End.

This prohibition is necessary for reinstatement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th June 2025 to 2nd July 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Roads affected - Commercial Road between the junctions of Salt Cellar Hill and Cliff Road and Cliff Road between the junctions of Commercial Road and Loe Bar Road, Porthleven.

This prohibition is necessary for sewer cleaning works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th June 2025 to 1st July 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Roads affected - Stratton Place and Dunstanville Terrace, Falmouth for their entire lengths. An alternative route will be signed on site.

This prohibition is necessary for reinstatement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th June 2025 to 20th June 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Carvoza Road, Truro between the properties numbered 20 and 41.
