What is happening?

CHESHIRE EAST BOROUGH COUNCIL

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 AS AMENDED
BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT PLANNING AND LAND ACT 1980
DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE OF WREXHAM TERRACE CAR PARK, MARKET STREET, CREWE, CHESHIRE CW1 2ND

Cheshire East Borough Council proposes, in accordance with Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by Section 118 of the Local Planning and Land Act 1980) to dispose of open land situate at land adjacent to Wrexham Terrace Car Park, Market Street, Crewe, Cheshire CW1 2ND by way of a LEASE to allow the land shown on the plan is proposed to be used to site electric vehicle charging points.

Please state the grounds on which it is made. Objections and representations sent by email to: proposeddisposalofpublic.openspace@cheshireeast.gov.uk will also be accepted.
