A6 Chapel Street/Crescent, Salford - Suspension of Bus Lanes
What is happening?
The Council of the City of Salford has made under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: Salford City Council (A6 Chapel Street/Crescent, Salford) (Suspension of Bus Lanes) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2025.
The Order will introduce the following restrictions: Temporary Suspension of Bus Lanes on A6 Chapel Street/Crescent - Westbound bus lane on A6 Chapel Street/Crescent, at the junction of Oldfield Road, Salford, M5 4PF.
The Order is necessary for essential works to be done.
The order is intended to come into operation on 2nd June 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by 13th July 2025.
The suspensions will be in place 24 hours each day.
