Traffic Regulation Order 2025 (5357)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of road at Watnall in the Borough of Broxtowe: -
Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following length of road:
Holly Road, Watnall (the south-west side)
• From its junction with Patriot Close in a south-easterly direction for 19 metres
• From a point 6 metres south-east of its junction with Patriot Close in a north-easterly direction for 3 metres
• From a point 11 metres south-east of its junction with Patriot Close in a north-easterly direction for 3 metres.
Patriot Close, Watnall (the south-east side)
• From its junction with Holly Road in a south-westerly direction for 3 metres.

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 4th JUNE 2025.
The proposals have been introduced to deal with inconsiderate and obstructive parking either side of the shared pedestrians/cycle footway.
