PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 (MILL STREET AND

TELFORD ROAD, BRIDGNORTH) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2025

On 29 May 2025 Shropshire Council made an order to make the following changes to parking restrictions on Mill Street and Telford Road in Bridgnorth:

Any existing restrictions at the above locations will be revoked.
These changes will come into effect on 31 May 2025.
A copy of the order may be examined during normal office hours (8:45am5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:45am-4:00pm on Fridays) at Shropshire
Council, The Guildhall, Frankwell, Shrewsbury.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or any provisions in it, on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 29 May 2025, apply for that purpose to the High Court.
