The City Of Plymouth (Radford Avenue Gas Main Replacement Scheme)
Temporary Of Driving, Parking, Waiting, Loading & Unloading Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:

1. To prohibit the driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:

- Goad Avenue - for its entirety

- Radford Avenue Lane North - from Goad Avenue to Cromartie Road

- Harvey Avenue Lane West - for its entirety

- Harvey Avenue - from Laira Bridge Road Lane to Radford Avenue Lane North

- Williams Avenue Lane West - for its entirety

- Williams Avenue - from Laira Bridge Road Lane to Radford Avenue Lane North

- Risdon Avenue Lane West - for its entirety

- Risdon Avenue - from Laira Bridge Road Lane to Radford Avenue Lane North

- Cromartie Road Lane West - for its entirety

- Cromartie Road - for its entirety

- Laira Bridge Road Lane - from junction Cavendish Road to 1 Hawarden Cottages Phase 1 as listed above 30/6/25 - 1/9/25

2. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading and unloading of vehicles in:

- Radford Avenue - for its entirety

- Cavendish Road - from junction Radford Avenue to side of 100 Laira Bridge Road Phase 2 as listed above 1/9/25 - 22/9/25

3. To prohibit the driving of vehicles in:
- Laira Bridge Road - westbound from Heles Terrace to Elliot Road 22/9/25 - 20/10/25 

The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 30th June 2025 and shall remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.

It is anticipated that the phased gas mains works will commence as above between 30th June 2025 until 20th October 2025 24hrs.
