What is happening?

Warwickshire County Council
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

BORDON PLACE, STRATFORD-UPON-AVON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable pipe installation works.
Order Commences: 26 May 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 May 2025.
Access & Diversion: There is no diversion route available.
Contractor: Chevron TM Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.

CALDECOTE LANE AND BRIDLEWAY, CALDECOTE
Order Effect: Road closed to all traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable ducting, cabling and building works for new STW substation.
Order Commences: 27 May 2025.
Anticipated Completion: 20 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available. Please use alternative Public Roads and Public Bridleways.

ST MARY'S ROAD, STRATFORD-UPON-AVON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Emergency works to repair a collapsed sewer line.
Order Commences: 29 May 2025 for up to 18 months.
Access & Diversion: St Mary's Road, Fordham Avenue, Maidenhead Road, Blackthorn Road and vice versa.
Contractor: STW Sewerage, Tel: 03456 027 723.

EDGE LANE, HENLEY-IN-ARDEN
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable works to replace pole.
Order Commences: 12 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Edge Lane, Henley Road, Warwick Road, Whitley Hill and vice versa.

GRANGE ROAD, BEARLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to rectify defect from previous works.
Order Commences: 10 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Grange Road, Oaktree Close, Snitterfield Road, School Lane and vice versa.

LANGLEY ROAD, CLAVERDON & MAIN STREET, LANGLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable replacement of telegraph poles.
Order Commences: 13 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Langley Road, Church Road, Station Road, Saddle Bow Lane, Salters Lane, Ford Lane and vice versa.

PRIORY LANE, PILLERTON PRIORS
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to repair defects in sewer line.
Order Commences: 10 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 10 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

SADLERS AVENUE, SHIPSTON ON STOUR
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works for installation of ducting.
Order Commences: 12 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Sadlers Avenue, Pittway Avenue, Queens Avenue, Campden Road and vice versa.

VILLAGE ROAD, PRESTON-ON-STOUR
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable works to repair pipe.
Order Commences: 9 June 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Village Road, Village Green, School Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.

Note:
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the closed roads will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
