What is happening?

PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (DEVONPORT ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING) ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:

1. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in: - Devonport Road - between 76 and number 58

2. To close the taxi rank on: - Devonport Road - outside number 58

The prohibition of parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 30th June 2025 and shall continue to remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.

It is anticipated that the new connection works will commence on the 30th June 2025 until 4th July 2025 24hrs.
