CARR FIELD LANE, BOLTON-ON-DEARNE
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
An order has been made to close Carr Field Lane, from Highgate Lane to outside house number 40, from 2 June 2026 for approximately two weeks (weekdays only)
Reason: carriageway resurfacing works
An alternative route is available via: Thurnscoe Road/Carr Head Lane/Billingley View

TEMPORARY ONE-WAY RESTRICTION
An order has been made to introduce a temporary one-way restriction on Snape Hill Road allowing traffic to travel from Church Street to Garden Street only, from 2nd June 2025 for approximately 4 weeks.
Reason: LV cable overlay scheme

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTION
An order will be made to introduce a “NO LOADING” restriction on the whole of John Street, Barnsley from the junction with Burleigh Street in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 78 metres. The restriction will commence on 31 May 2025 and run for a duration of 18 months.
