THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect will be as follows:

THE BOLTON (REGULATION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2023 (ASHBURNER STREET / PADEROOM ROW / DEANSGATE / ST GEORGES ROAD / BARN STREET / BLACKHORSE STREET / BOLTON) (AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 2025

Details:

No Waiting At Any Time: Ashburner Street (north) and Barn Street (south).

No Loading At Any Time: Ashburner Street (north), Deansgate (south) and Barn Street (south).

No Loading And No Unloading Bay - St Georges Road: (north)

No Waiting Except At Any Time For Buses: Ashburner Street (north).

Additions:

No Waiting At Any Time: Ashburner Street (north), Barn Street (south), Taylor Street (south), St Georges Court (north), Paderborn Way (north) and Paderborn Way (south).

No Loading At Any Time: Ashburner Street (north), Deansgate (south), Barn Street (south) and Taylor Street (both).

Loading/Unloading Only 30 mins Max Stay: Ashburner Street (north).

No Loading Mon-Sat 7:30am-9:30am and 4:00pm-6:30pm: Deansgate (south).

Limited Waiting 20 minutes no return for 40 minutes: Paderborn Way (south).

Details:

Pay & Display Parking Mon-Sat 8.30am-6.00pm. Max stay 1 hour. No return for 1 hour: Cheadle Square (north) (Item 1) and Cheadle Square (south) (Item 1).

THE BOLTON MOVING TRAFFIC ORDER: BLACKHORSE STREET / PADERBORN WAY (KEYUPENNY), BOLTON) (NO.1) ORDER 2025

Details:

One Way Traffic: Blackhorse Street (northbound) and Coronation Street (southbound).

Consol Exempt Bus, Cycle & Taxi Lane At All Times: Blackhorse Street (east).

Prohibition of Driving: Cheadle Square.

Prohibition of Driving: Cheadle Square.

Except Specific Traffic: Paderborn Way.

One Way Traffic: Paderborn way (westbound).

Left Turn Only: Market Street Road.
