WEST NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

(SOUTH NORTHAMPTONSHIRE DISTRICT) 

(WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND ON-STREET  PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 (AMENDMENT No. 31) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35 to 39, 45 to 55, and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to amend The Northamptonshire County Council (South Northamptonshire District) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2009, as specified in the Schedule below.

A COPY of the proposed Order, plans showing the affected roads and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing the changes may be inspected online at: www.westnorthants.gov.uk (search: Traffic Regulation Orders) or by appointment at: Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, NN6 9BX (by calling 01604 529700).

MAKING REPRESENTATIONS OR OBJECTIONS any person wishing to object to, support, or comment on the proposed Order must do so in writing to: Traffic Orders Section, Kier Highways, Highways Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, NN6 9BX or by email to WNCParkingenquiries@kier.co.uk, stating the grounds for their objection or representation, to be received no later than 19th June 2025.

PROPOSED NO WAITING AT ANY TIME RESTRICTIONS  

(DOUBLE YELLOW LINES)

Deanshanger Way, Old Stratford – From a point 15 metres North of the junction with Willow Grove for 25 meters southwards into Willow Grove. High Street and Broad Street, Syresham – On Broad Street East kerb, from the boundary of number 18 to the boundary of 18 in the High Street. On Broad Street West kerb, at the equivalent starting point on the East kerb, southwards for 39 metres onto High Street.
