What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
B6050 MAIN ROAD, CUTTHORPE
WHEN: 30 May to 16 August 2025 (09:00 to
15:00 Weekdays or Weekends 24 hours any 10
days within this period)
WHERE: B6050 Main Road, Cutthorpe from its
Jct. with Brockwell Lane for a distance of 1 km in
a westerly direction.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway surface
dressing works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: B6050 Cutthorpe Road,
B6051 Newbold Road, B6150 Loundsley Green
Road, Ashgate Road, Main Road (Old
Brampton), Hemming Green, Main Road
(Wigley), B6050 Eastmoor / Cutthorpe, South
Terrace, School hill, B6050 Main Road (to point
of closure) and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably
possible, on the affected length of road. The
road will re-open as soon as the work is finished.
This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone
needing further information should ring Call

Council has made an Order under Section 14 of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as
amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
