Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight Council in not less than seven days from the appearance of this Notice, under Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, proposes to make the following Orders:

The Isle of Wight Council (Chatfield Lodge, Newport, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure) Order No 2 2025

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that for one shift, between Monday 02 June 2025, and Wednesday 04 June 2025, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Chatfield Lodge, Newport, for its entire length. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for safety during Carriageway repairs.

The Isle of Wight Council (Ashey Road, Ryde, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure) Order No 3 2025

The Isle of Wight Council (Various Street, Calbourne, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure) Order No 1 2025

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0830 hours until 1530 hours on Monday 02 June 2025, or when the works has been completed,

A) Elm Lane will be closed between its junction with Five Houses Lane, Calbourne for a distance of 180 metres in a northern direction,

B) Elm Lane between its junction with Five Houses Lane for a distance of 190 metres in a Southerly direction.

C) Five Houses Lane, Calbourne. Will be closed between its junctions with Elm Lane, Calbourne and its junction with Pump Lane, and

D) Quarry Lane will be closed from its junction with Five Houses Lane and its junction with Street Place, Access Road. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The Closure is required for utility works.

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between Friday 30 May 2025 and Friday 11 June 2025 the following roads will be closed between either 0600 and 1900, or at all times for a period of approximately one to 15 days within this period, or when the works have been completed, to enable carriageway maintenance, surfacing, lining and cats eye works to be undertaken. No vehicle or person may use or cause any animal to use the following roads: and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road were indicated by traffic signs. These works may include carriageway and footway reconstruction, resurfacing works, reflective stud work and lining works. In some cases, it may be necessary to close these sections of roads on more than one occasion within this timeframe. Exact dates, durations and access information will be communicated to affected businesses and residents via letter and on street advanced warning signs before the scheme commences. The closure is required for safety during Bembridge Street Fair. The diversion will be signposted locally.

The Isle of Wight Council (Various Streets, Bembridge, Isle of Wight) (Temporary No Waiting At Any Time) Order No 1 2025

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 0800 hours and 1800 hours, on Monday 26 May 2025, or when the event is finished, whichever is the sooner, no person shall cause any vehicle to wait along:
