(Temporary Prohibition Of Use By Vehicles) Order 2025
Notice Is Given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of A367 Wells Road, Westfield from a point outside St Hughs Church Hall. USRN: 47918070.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Bristol Water to cut water supply from the 1st June 2025 for a maximum period of 6 months.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
Works are anticipated to be for ONE DAY between 09:30hrs on 1st June until 06:00hrs on 2nd June 2025.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: A367 (remainder) – A37 – A362 – A367 – vice versa.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Police Lane, Pensford at its junction with Hillcrest extending west for approximately 15 metres. This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Bristol Water to replace 3 x sunken manhole covers on the 2nd June 2025 for a maximum period of 6 months.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be affected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. Works are anticipated to be for THREE DAYS.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to carry out highway maintenance works by Bath & North East Somerset Council, operative from the 2nd June 2025, for a maximum period of 18 Months.
The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
