Buckinghamshire - Multiple Temporary Road Closures due to Works

What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE COUNCIL HAS MADE

(Uxbridge Rd, Iver) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Uxbridge Rd for approx. 97M. Alternative route: A412, A4, A355, A40, A412 and vice versa. The closure is required whilst drainage works commence on 24 May 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 May 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE

(Stewarts Drive, Farnham Common) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Stewarts Drive for approx. 47M. Alternative route: Stewarts Drive, Egypt Lane, Collinswood Road, Beaconsfield Road, Beeches Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst mains repair commences on 4 June 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 4 June 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Cherry Tree Lane, Fulmer) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Cherry Tree Lane for approx. 99M. Alternative route: Cherry Tree Lane, Alderbourne Lane, Fulmer Common Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a fibre optic cable installation commences on 9 June 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 9 June 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Station Road, Taplow) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Station Road for approx. 40M. Alternative route: Station Road, Boundary Road, Hill Farm Road, Cliveden Road, Berry Hill, Bath Road, Approach Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water works commence on 16 June 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 16 June 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
