Temporary Orders The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (A39 Between Arch Hill and Treluswell Roundabout, Perranarworthal) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Perranarworthal. This prohibition is necessary for gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th June 2025 to 13th June 2025.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.

Roads affected - the A39 Between Arch Hill and Treluswell Roundabout, Perranarworthal for its entire length. An alternative route will be signed on site. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Penryn. This prohibition is necessary for gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd June 2025 to 26th June 2025.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th May 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Brea. This prohibition is necessary for defective reinstatement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th June 2025 to 13th June 2025.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Roads affected - Brea Arch, Lower Brea and Post Box Row for their entire lengths and Higher Brea, Brea between the junctions of Post Box Row and Tincroft Road and Tincroft Road, Cam Brea for its entire length. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd June 2025 to 27th June 2025.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
